We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Cleaner to join our facilities management team at our bustling office complex within Tin Can Island, Apapa. This is a vital full-time position requiring flexibility to work across various shifts on a rotational basis, ensuring our professional spaces remain pristine and welcoming around the clock. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our administrative offices, meeting rooms, common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and other designated zones. You will be responsible for a wide range of cleaning tasks, from daily upkeep to scheduled deep cleaning activities, using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents safely and effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, office furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as reception, corridors, and staff break rooms.
- Follow established safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
- Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Replenish facility supplies as needed.
- Adhere strictly to shift schedules and company cleaning protocols.
