Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and highly organized Office Clerk with a strong focus on Data Management and Administrative Support to join our dynamic team at our Apapa, Lagos facility. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of critical company data, supporting various departmental operations, and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will involve accurate data entry, meticulous record-keeping, efficient document management, and providing essential administrative assistance to ensure the operational efficiency of our office. This position requires an individual who thrives in a structured environment, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and is proficient in utilizing office software to manage information effectively. You will be a key contributor to our day-to-day operations, helping to streamline processes, support decision-making through reliable data, and maintain an organized and productive workspace. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into various company systems and databases.
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems for documents, records, and reports.
  • Assist with the preparation, formatting, and distribution of documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure a well-stocked and functional office environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all company data and sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes and administrative workflows.
  • Assist in the compilation of data for regular reports and presentations.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or database management software.
  • Experience working in a large corporate or industrial environment.
