Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry of financial transactions into accounting software.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized and comprehensive financial records and documentation.
- Support senior accountants with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Assist in inventory tracking and reconciliation.
