Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, ensuring efficiency and adherence to hotel standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance are up to par.
- Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to existing team members.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures, ensuring optimal use of resources and time.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, initiating orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and standards within the housekeeping department.

Required Skills
