Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales, maintenance, and human resources.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial targets, optimize revenue, and control costs.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality, responding promptly to feedback, and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting continuous professional growth.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and local community stakeholders.
- Oversee facility maintenance and renovation projects to ensure the hotel's physical assets are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel premises to maintain superior cleanliness, ambiance, and operational efficiency.
- Handle complex guest complaints and operational challenges with professionalism and efficacy.
