As a Residential Estate Cleaner, you will be an integral part of maintaining the high standards of hygiene and presentation that our residents expect and deserve. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in common areas of the residential estate, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other communal facilities.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards observed to management.
- Adhere strictly to cleaning schedules and health and safety guidelines.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with periodic deep cleaning tasks as required.
