Access Bank Plc is looking for a dedicated and proactive Junior Maintenance Staff to join our facilities team at our Ikeja GRA branch. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning and pristine appearance of our office premises, contributing directly to a safe, comfortable, and efficient workspace for our staff and customers. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of office premises, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
- Execute minor repairs on fixtures, fittings, furniture, and equipment.
- Replace faulty light bulbs, switches, and other minor electrical components.
- Address plumbing issues such as leaky faucets, clogged drains, and running toilets.
- Conduct general carpentry work including repairing doors, windows, and office furniture.
- Perform painting touch-ups and ensure general aesthetic maintenance of the facility.
- Assist senior technicians and contractors with more complex maintenance projects.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, tidy, and organized after tasks are completed.
- Report major defects or necessary repairs to the facility management team promptly.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and request replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines during maintenance operations.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
