Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including skimming debris, vacuuming pool floors and walls, and scrubbing tiles.
- Monitor and adjust pool chemical levels (e.g., chlorine, pH, alkalinity) to ensure water quality meets health and safety standards.
- Inspect pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters, for proper functioning and report any malfunctions or required repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of chemical readings, maintenance activities, and equipment checks.
- Ensure pool areas are tidy, free of hazards, and well-organized, including pool decks, furniture, and surrounding facilities.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and local health regulations for pool maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding inventory needs for chemicals and cleaning supplies.
- Respond promptly to any pool-related issues or emergencies as they arise.
- Provide excellent service and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with residents and guests.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Swimming Pool Cleaner or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and water testing procedures.
- Ability to operate and maintain pool cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuums, brushes, skimmers).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
