Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care in assigned hospital wards.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, accurately documenting all actions.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, observing and interpreting patient conditions and reporting changes to appropriate medical staff.
  • Manage and maintain patient electronic health records with precision and confidentiality.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.
  • Assist in diagnostic tests and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to junior nurses, nursing assistants, and students.
  • Ensure adherence to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
  • Participate in ward rounds, interdisciplinary team meetings, and continuous professional development programs.
  • Respond effectively to medical emergencies, providing immediate and appropriate interventions.
