Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event venues, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and audio-visual equipment.
- Provide exceptional guest service, greeting attendees, answering questions, and directing them as needed.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events.
- Assist with registration, ushering, and cloakroom duties when required.
- Work collaboratively with the events team, kitchen staff, and other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all resort policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Event Manager or Supervisor to ensure successful event delivery.

- Ability to speak local languages (e.g., Sepedi, Tsonga) in addition to English
