Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior car washing, including pre-soaking, foaming, rinsing, and drying using appropriate techniques.
- Execute comprehensive interior cleaning, including vacuuming, carpet and upholstery shampooing, and surface wiping and conditioning.
- Apply waxes, polishes, and sealants to exterior surfaces to protect and enhance shine, ensuring a flawless finish.
- Detail specific areas such as wheels, tires, wheel wells, trim, and chrome to a high standard.
- Clean and condition leather and vinyl surfaces to restore their appearance and longevity.
- Detail engine bays and door jams as required, removing grime and applying protective dressings.
- Inspect vehicles for completeness and quality of work, addressing any missed spots or imperfections before customer handover.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly stored and accessible.
- Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, vacuums, buffers, and extractors, ensuring their longevity and efficiency.
- Assist with customer vehicle drop-off and pick-up, providing a smooth and pleasant experience and answering basic queries.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and operating machinery to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and consistently high service standards.
