Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage and maintain confidential information and sensitive documents with utmost discretion.
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing communications as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain efficient filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, financial statements, and presentations.
- Coordinate office events, conferences, and special projects.
- Handle office supplies inventory, procurement, and vendor management.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
- Manage and reconcile expense reports for executives.
- Proactively identify and address administrative challenges, implementing effective solutions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Secretary in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
