Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily inventory checks, stock rotation, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Support the coordination of shipments, including receiving, dispatching, and tracking.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to resolve logistical issues.
- Learn and apply company procedures for warehousing, storage, and distribution.
- Assist in preparing relevant logistics documentation, such as delivery notes and dispatch summaries.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Participate in training sessions and embrace continuous learning opportunities to enhance logistics knowledge.
- Provide general administrative support to the logistics team as required.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Required Skills
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
