Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the firm’s physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurately categorized, stored, and easily retrievable.
- Perform data entry tasks, updating client information, case details, and other relevant records into the firm's database.
- Prepare, scan, copy, and bind legal documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails, distributing them appropriately and ensuring timely responses.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing diaries for legal professionals.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure smooth office operations.
- Provide reception support, including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and directing inquiries as needed.
- Assist with basic legal research and document preparation under the supervision of senior staff.
