Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of potato crops.
- Operating and maintaining a variety of farm machinery and equipment, under supervision where necessary.
- Performing general field maintenance, including weeding, irrigation tasks, and crop inspection.
- Loading and unloading materials and produce, ensuring safe handling.
- Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines at all times to maintain a secure work environment.
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of farm areas and equipment.
- Assisting with routine equipment checks and basic repairs as directed.
- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve daily and seasonal targets and ensure smooth operations.
- Recording basic data related to crop progress or operational tasks accurately.
- Supporting other farm operations as needed to ensure overall farm productivity.
