Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all training sessions and workshops focused on nail care techniques, product knowledge, and salon protocols.
- Observe and assist senior nail technicians during client consultations and treatment applications.
- Practice and refine techniques such as manicures, pedicures, gel application, acrylic extensions, and nail art under supervision.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and hygiene standards of workstations, tools, and common salon areas.
- Prepare treatment areas and client stations before and after services.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring product availability and proper storage.
- Greet clients warmly, assist with their needs, and ensure a comfortable and pleasant salon experience.
- Learn and adhere to all health and safety regulations pertinent to nail services.
- Engage with clients respectfully and professionally, building rapport under the guidance of senior staff.
- Support the salon team with various tasks to ensure efficient daily operations.
