Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their hair needs, desires, and recommend suitable styles, colours, and treatments.
- Perform a full range of hair services including precision cutting, creative styling, blow-drying, perming, and various advanced colouring techniques (highlights, balayage, full colour, corrective colour).
- Provide professional hair and scalp treatments, recommending appropriate retail products for home care and ongoing hair health.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation and salon environment in strict accordance with health and safety standards.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, products, and industry innovations through continuous education and training.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Manage client appointments efficiently, ensure timely service, and assist with general salon duties as required to maintain smooth operations.
