Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of fast-food items, including sandwiches, fried foods, baked goods, and hot dishes, following established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, ovens, and blenders safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all food items are prepared to the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and food preparation area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and managing waste according to hygiene standards.
- Take customer orders accurately, handle cash and electronic payments, and provide correct change and receipts.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and ensure a positive dining or takeaway experience.
- Restock ingredients and supplies in both the kitchen and serving areas as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
- Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper storage to prevent spoilage and maintain food safety.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours, especially on weekends.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and local health regulations at all times.

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 20kg

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6+ months) in a fast food, restaurant, or catering environment
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety practices (e.g., HACCP principles)
- Secondary school certificate or equivalent
- Fluency in Kinyarwanda and working knowledge of English or French
