Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth counseling sessions with prospective students, assessing their academic background, career goals, and personal preferences.
- Advise students on suitable courses, institutions, and countries based on their profiles and IDP's extensive portfolio of partner universities.
- Guide students through the entire application process, including form completion, essay writing, and documentation submission.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on admission requirements, deadlines, scholarship opportunities, and visa application procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and stay informed about their program updates and requirements.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities to engage with prospective students.
- Track student applications meticulously, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with students and institutions.
- Stay updated on changes in international education policies, immigration regulations, and market trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to the overall success of the Dubai office.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
