Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise shipments.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with products according to merchandising guidelines and planograms.
- Ensure all products are correctly priced and clearly labeled.
- Rotate stock regularly to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Assist customers with locating products and provide basic product information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotional displays and special offers.
- Conduct regular checks for damaged or expired products and remove them appropriately.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
