TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc is seeking dedicated and energetic Fuel Attendants to join our dynamic team in Surulere, Lagos. As a Fuel Attendant, you will be the face of our service station, playing a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every customer. This full-time shift position requires a reliable individual who can handle fuel dispensing, process payments, and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the station while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
This role is more than just dispensing fuel; it’s about building trust, providing accurate information, and ensuring every vehicle leaves our station safely and satisfied. You will be responsible for upholding TotalEnergies’ high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. We are looking for individuals who are not only quick learners but also possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Key Responsibilities
- Dispense fuel accurately and efficiently into customer vehicles following safety procedures.
- Process various payment methods (cash, card, mobile payments) with precision and integrity.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting with their inquiries.
- Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies or issues to station management.
- Maintain a clean and organized service station environment, including pumps, forecourt, and facilities.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines and company policies.
- Assist with basic stock management for lubricants or other forecourt products as required.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and perform end-of-shift reconciliation.
- Be vigilant and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards immediately.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of a Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSCE/WAEC/NECO)
- Previous experience as a fuel attendant or in a customer service role
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures
- Residency in or around Surulere, Lagos
