Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor electrical repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing minor wiring issues), plumbing fixes (e.g., leaking faucets, unclogging drains), and carpentry work (e.g., repairing doors, furniture).
- Conduct regular inspections of company properties to identify and report maintenance needs or potential hazards.

- Procure and manage inventory of maintenance supplies under supervision.

Required Skills
