Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and dusting furniture to hotel standards.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors, ensuring all fixtures are sparkling and spotless.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and stationery according to hotel guidelines and guest preferences.
- Empty waste bins and transport trash to designated disposal areas in a timely and hygienic manner.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly and accurately to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping trolleys, storage areas, and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, hotel cleaning protocols, and brand standards at all times.
- Respond to special guest requests or immediate cleaning needs in a timely, polite, and efficient manner.
- Assist with periodic deep cleaning tasks, special projects, and public area cleaning as directed by the housekeeping management team.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely, properly maintained, and stored correctly after each use.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in all cleaning tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
