Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior event planners in all stages of event conceptualization, planning, and execution.
- Manage and coordinate guest accommodation details, including room blocks, reservations, and special requests for event attendees.
- Liaise with internal departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage) to ensure smooth guest arrivals and stays related to events.
- Support in drafting event proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Maintain organized event files, databases, and communication records.
- Assist with vendor communication, coordination, and procurement for event-specific needs.
- Provide on-site support during events, addressing immediate hospitality-related needs and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Conduct post-event follow-ups, including feedback collection and compiling reports.
- Learn and adhere to all hotel and brand standards for service, safety, and operational procedures.
