Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated mall areas, including retail spaces, common areas, and parking facilities, to deter criminal activity and ensure public safety.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly and appropriately to any alerts or suspicious activities detected.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations such as medical incidents, fires, and security breaches, coordinating with relevant authorities and internal teams.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and staff with inquiries, directions, and resolving minor disputes professionally.
- Enforce mall rules and regulations to maintain order and a pleasant environment for all visitors.
- Identify and report potential security risks, hazards, and maintenance issues to management.
- Complete detailed daily logs, incident reports, and other necessary documentation accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and mall management during investigations or critical incidents.
- Control access points, verify credentials, and manage visitor entry/exit as required.
- Perform routine checks of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure and functioning correctly.
