Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon their arrival, assisting them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations when requested.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, relaying them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation meets hotel standards.
- Monitor guest needs, anticipate requirements, and respond promptly to requests.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain a clean and organized dining area, including sidestations.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for various events or shifts.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the food and beverage department.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal communication abilities in English.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel or reputable restaurant.
- SSCE/OND in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
