Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers within Iyana-Ipaja, Agege, and surrounding areas.
- Ensure orders are delivered accurately, promptly, and in excellent condition, maintaining food quality and temperature.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained delivery vehicle (company-provided or personal, as applicable).
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing Mr. Bigg's with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Verify order accuracy with customers upon delivery and handle payments/transactions as required.
- Assist with packing and loading orders, ensuring secure transport.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or delivery challenges promptly to management.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries, utilizing navigation tools effectively.
- Manage delivery logs and documentation accurately.
Required Skills
- Valid Nigerian Driver's License (Class G for private, Class C for commercial)
- Minimum of 1 year professional driving experience in Lagos
- Excellent knowledge of Iyana-Ipaja, Agege, and surrounding Lagos areas
- Strong navigation skills and ability to use GPS/map applications
- Reliability and punctuality
