Key Responsibilities
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel property management system (PMS).
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records, ensuring compliance with hotel financial procedures.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to enhance guest stays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required by the front office manager, including report generation and correspondence.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
