Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately using a POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including the counter, equipment, and customer seating areas.
- Monitor and replenish inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other cafe supplies.
- Educate customers on different coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the cafe.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Barista, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
