Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to Steers' high quality and safety standards, including flame-grilled burgers, chips, and other menu items.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and handling payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and exterior.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling and maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and throughout shifts.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues professionally, escalating complex matters to management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
