Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and condiment stations.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, following all health and safety guidelines.
- Replenish supplies such as napkins, straws, and sauces in the dining area.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
