Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for senior staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure supplies are adequately stocked.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and preparing basic reports.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and conducive to productivity.
