Job Description
Fidelity Bank Plc is seeking highly motivated and talented graduates for our intensive Graduate Trainee Program. This program is designed to accelerate the professional development of high-potential graduates and equip them with the skills and experience needed to succeed in the dynamic world of banking. Over a 12-month period, trainees will participate in a structured program featuring on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning. The program encompasses various aspects of banking, including corporate banking, retail banking, operations, risk management, and technology. Successful completion of the program will lead to a permanent position within Fidelity Bank Plc, with excellent career progression opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration)
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2.1) degree classification
- A minimum of a 5 O’Level credits including English and Mathematics
- NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
- Strong academic record
- Previous internship experience in a financial institution (advantageous)
