Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assist with luggage handling, and escort them to their rooms.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with transportation needs, including calling taxis or providing directions.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, escalating complex issues to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and entrance area, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Assist with the delivery of messages, newspapers, and amenities to guest rooms.
- Support the front desk team and other departments as needed to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Adhere to all hotel security and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Handle guest parcels and packages, ensuring secure storage and timely delivery.
- Provide assistance with wheelchair access and special needs guests, demonstrating empathy and care.
