Your commitment to quality will extend to meticulous record-keeping, ensuring all care plans are up-to-date, comprehensive, and reflective of residents’ evolving needs. You will actively engage with residents and their families, fostering open communication and building strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect. Moreover, you will be a visible and accessible leader, championing our values and acting as a role model for best practice in all interactions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, including local authorities, healthcare professionals, and the CQC, ensuring the home operates within all regulatory frameworks and consistently strives for ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ ratings. You will empower your team through ongoing training, mentorship, and performance management, cultivating an environment of continuous learning and professional growth. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and an unwavering dedication to enhancing the quality of life for all residents at Millview.
