Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, griddles, fryers, and grills.
- Wash and properly store dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and pans.
- Mop and clean kitchen floors, ensuring they are free from grease, spills, and debris.
- Clean and sanitize work surfaces, sinks, and food preparation areas.
- Empty waste bins and transport refuse to designated disposal areas.
- Assist with the organisation and cleanliness of food storage areas, including refrigerators and pantries.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout the shift.
- Assist with other general cleaning duties as required by management.
