Target Engineering Construction Company is seeking a dedicated and physically capable Maintenance Helper to join our dynamic team in Madinat Zayed, Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled maintenance technicians and tradespeople with their daily tasks.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from various work areas.
- Clean and organize work sites, ensuring a safe and tidy environment.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting, minor repairs, and assembly.
- Help with the installation and removal of temporary structures and equipment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures meticulously.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or needed repairs to supervisors promptly.
- Support inventory management by assisting with loading, unloading, and tracking supplies.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by being cooperative and helpful.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
- Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions (indoors and outdoors).
- Basic understanding of common hand tools and their safe usage.
