Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior hairdressers with hair washing, conditioning treatments, and preparing clients for services, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon, including sweeping, tidying workstations, sanitizing tools, and restocking supplies regularly.
- Prepare salon equipment and products for daily use, ensuring all stations are fully stocked and ready for appointments.
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, offer refreshments, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit, acting as a friendly first point of contact.
- Help manage salon laundry (towels, capes) and ensure a fresh supply is always available for client use.
- Observe and actively learn various hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment techniques from senior stylists, asking questions and taking notes.
- Support inventory management by assisting with product checks, informing about low stock levels, and organizing product displays.
- Handle client bookings and inquiries, either in person or over the phone, with a polite, professional, and helpful attitude.
