Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the appointment calendar efficiently to optimize flow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring strict confidentiality at all times.
- Assist patients with registration processes and direct them to appropriate departments or services.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and general correspondence promptly and accurately.
- Manage office supplies inventory, monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary.
- Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and presentable, reflecting the hospital's professional image.
- Process payments for services and maintain accurate billing records.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to medical staff and other departments as needed.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide basic information about hospital services, facilities, and visiting hours.
