Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional hair consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
- Execute a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, colouring (highlights, balayage, full colour), perms, and various hair treatments.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and salon environment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and handle client inquiries and bookings.
- Actively promote and sell salon retail products, providing expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable salon experience for all clients.
- Adhere to all salon policies, safety standards, and health regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio.
- Qualified Hairdressing Certificate or Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in all aspects of hair cutting, styling, and colouring techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
