Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents with precision.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and contribute to accurate general ledger entries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries as required by management.
- Support the finance team with month-end closing procedures and ad-hoc projects.
- Respond to financial inquiries from internal departments and external vendors efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant financial regulations.
- Perform data entry tasks with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (spreadsheets, basic formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
