Key Responsibilities
- Perform all general housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to the highest standards across the entire estate.
- Manage laundry, ironing, and garment care for household members, including delicate items and fine linens.
- Organise and maintain household inventories, including cleaning supplies, pantry items, and personal effects.
- Ensure all areas of the estate, including living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas, are consistently immaculate and well-presented.
- Handle special cleaning tasks such as window cleaning, deep cleaning projects, and care for specific surfaces and materials (e.g., marble, wood, antiques).
- Assist with meal preparation and serving, as required, and manage kitchen cleanliness and organisation.
- Oversee the proper functioning and maintenance of household appliances and report any issues promptly.
- Attend to household pets, if applicable, ensuring their areas are clean and their needs are met.
- Greet and assist guests with a polite and discreet demeanor, ensuring their comfort.
