Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are accurately categorized and easily retrievable.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and general office events.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, initiating procurement requests when necessary.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Greet visitors warmly, directing them to the relevant staff or departments.
- Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of Sacco-related documents and materials for member meetings or internal use.
- Ensure the general tidiness and organization of common office areas.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
