Key Responsibilities
- Attend and successfully complete comprehensive swimming instructor training and certification programs provided by De-Peace Hotel & Suites.
- Deliver high-quality, engaging, and safe swimming lessons to individuals and groups of varying ages and skill levels.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with established curriculum standards and cater to individual learning needs.
- Monitor pool activities closely to ensure the safety of all participants, enforcing pool rules and regulations.
- Perform first aid and CPR as needed, and respond promptly and effectively to aquatic emergencies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool area, including checking and storing equipment properly.
- Communicate effectively with guests, parents, and colleagues regarding progress, safety, and program information.
- Provide constructive feedback to swimmers to aid their development and progress.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
- Represent De-Peace Hotel & Suites with professionalism and uphold our brand standards.
- Assist with other Leisure Club duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
