Next Level Sports Academy Abuja is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Entry-Level Sports Coach to join our vibrant team in Jabi, Abuja. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior coaches in planning, organizing, and delivering engaging sports training sessions and drills for various age groups.
- Actively supervise participants during practice, games, and other activities to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
- Demonstrate and instruct proper techniques, rules, and strategies of the relevant sports.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation, skill development, and sportsmanship among all athletes.
- Help maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and in good working order.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and fellow staff members regarding progress, upcoming events, and any concerns.
- Support administrative tasks related to program registration, attendance tracking, and reporting as needed.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continuously enhance coaching skills and knowledge.
- Act as a positive role model, promoting healthy lifestyles, respect, and ethical conduct.

- Demonstrated passion for sports and working with young people.
