Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, ensuring the security of premises, property, and personnel.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV, and respond promptly to any alarms or unusual activities.
- Control access to premises, verifying identities and authorizing entry and exit of individuals and vehicles.
- Deter illegal activities, vandalism, and other security breaches through visible presence and proactive measures.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, including fire alarms, medical incidents, and security threats, following established protocols.
- Write detailed and accurate incident reports, daily logs, and other documentation.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance from all visitors and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting clients and visitors with inquiries and directions.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed during critical situations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and vigilance at all times.
