As our Night Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and primary point of contact for guests during the evening and early morning hours. Beyond guest interactions, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including preparing reports, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office system.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously during night shifts.
- Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
- Prepare daily reports, reconcile accounts, and process payments.
- Monitor security cameras and respond to emergency situations according to hotel policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Perform wake-up calls and assist guests with luggage or taxi arrangements as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are adhered to during the night operation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) and hotel management software (PMS).
- High level of integrity and discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor or Night Receptionist.
- Familiarity with local attractions and services in Ebute-Metta, Lagos.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
