Key Responsibilities
- Inputting data from various source documents, including forms, invoices, and reports, into computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
- Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors where necessary to maintain data integrity.
- Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information and adherence to company standards.
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry, ensuring all information is legible and ready for processing.
- Generating basic reports and extracting data as requested by different departments to support business operations.
- Ensuring compliance with data integrity and security policies, including confidentiality protocols.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed to support team operations and contribute to overall office efficiency.
- Communicating effectively with team members and other departments to resolve data discrepancies and clarify information.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, including those related to data protection and confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
