Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, meticulous, and reliable Hotel Housekeeper to join our dedicated cleaning staff. This is a vital full-time role at De Rigg Place, ensuring that all our guest rooms, public areas, and facilities consistently meet our stringent standards of cleanliness and hygiene. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests, directly contributing to their overall experience and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies and amenities (toiletries, towels, stationery, etc.) according_to established guidelines.
- Ensure all assigned areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including hallways, lobbies, and other public spaces.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage linen inventory, sort, and transport dirty laundry to designated areas, and restock clean linens.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards for cleanliness and guest service.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues at all times.
Required Skills
