Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various clients.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Support client relationship management by understanding their hiring needs and organizational culture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare job descriptions, advertisements, and other recruitment-related materials.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and competitive landscapes.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
